Referral Program Terms

• Referral rewards apply only to new Low Profile customers.
• The referred customer must not already be an existing customer, active lead, or already be in an active estimate/booking process with Low Profile.
• The referred customer must identify or be properly associated with the referrer before the qualifying project is completed.
• Minimum qualifying project value is $500 after discounts and before applicable taxes.
• The referred customer receives $50 off their first qualifying service of $500 or more.
• Referral rewards are based on the final eligible project value actually paid to Low Profile.
• The project must be completed and paid in full before a reward becomes payable.
• Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible projects do not qualify.

• One referrer may receive credit for each new customer.
• If multiple people claim the same referral, Low Profile may use the earliest verifiable referral submission.
• Rewards cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed projects.
• Low Profile may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program prospectively.
• Low Profile may reject referrals or withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
